Refund and Returns Policy

At HolicBazaar, we want you to love what you order. But if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • ❌ Item is damaged or defective
  • ❌ Wrong item was sent
  • ❌ Item is missing parts or accessories
  • ❌ Product quality does not match description (significantly)

Non-returnable items:

  • Underwear, socks, swimwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Perfumes, cosmetics, or personal care items if seal is broken
  • Clearance or final sale items

2. Condition for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unusedunwashed, and in original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be included
  • You must provide your order number and proof of purchase

3. How to return an item

Step 1: Email us at Contact@HolicBazaar.Com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (if damaged/wrong item)

Step 2: We will review and approve your return within 1–2 business days

Step 3: Ship the item back to us (we’ll share the return address)

Step 4: Once received and inspected, we process your refund or exchange


4. Return shipping costs

Damaged, defective, or wrong item HolicBazaar pays
Changed mind or no longer want it Customer pays

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost returns.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Money goes back to your original payment method (bank, card, or wallet)
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund is issued via bank transfer or shop credit (your choice)

6. Exchanges

If you want a different size, color, or item:

  • Follow the same return process
  • Place a new order for the item you want
  • We will refund your original order (standard refund timing applies)

We do not offer direct exchanges to keep things faster for you.


7. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer (processing times vary)
  3. Email us at Contact@HolicBazaar.Com and we will help track it

8. Cancellations

  • You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it (before processing)
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — please return after delivery
